My sister used a really good one and sold her house in 35 days after it was on the market for over 3 months without staging. You need to make the buyer feel at home and see themselves living there. Home staging does that.Home Staging Torontohttp://www.stagingworks.canoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7800674.post-1121184722426978092005-07-12T09:12:00.000-07:002005-07-12T09:12:00.000-07:00I've heard about the show, but haven't watched it....I've heard about the show, but haven't watched it. I know when I heard about it, I thought "Great, now I'll have tons of competition." You know things are reaching their peak when you see shows like this start to appear.Shaunhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05654897560778650994noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7800674.post-1121175428838294742005-07-12T06:37:00.000-07:002005-07-12T06:37:00.000-07:00Brian - Don't get me started on that show. They don't explain all the hidden fees associated with the project, most of the properties are in California where appreciation makes the profit, and I've heard the show conceals items such as how they get that furniture you mentioned. I heard one person investigated the latest person from Houston and found she had the property for almost 6 months (Nov/2004 -> Apr/2005)! The show only said she had it for 13 weeks. Seems like they are really doing a disservice to people by not revealling all the "behind the scenes" stuff/costs.Stevehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00481907039111729122noreply@blogger.com
