On the other hand, this does show some creative thinking from a couple of Realtors who must be looking hard for some ways to drum up business these days.

Yes, I was invited to such a tour the other day. So many good deals here recently. I am making offers on 5 houses right now, all REO and all in the NW valley. The key is to only buy houses inside of loop 101 because the ones outside will take much longer to rebound.
